“The CHOYA” has been widely spread over 90 countries after its launch in 2016.
We proudly introduce this special event at The CHOYA GINZA BAR, offering the creative and unique cocktails inspired by other cultures.
For the second time, we invited a bartender nominated by CHOYA members at our overseas offices. He performed his new and original The CHOYA cocktails.
The bartender is Andrew Macdonald from Canada.
The CHOYA SINGLE YEAR
The pinnacle of CHOYA's know-how in Ume liqueur making.
Aged for 1 year.
We use 100% Nanko-ume fruit from Kishu.
By balancing out the sweetness, we give way to the natural tart notes and a gorgeous aroma of the Ume. This is a new generation of Umeshu that pairs beautifully with different meals in general but also with subtle flavour dishes such as Japanese food.
Awarded Gold Award at The San Francisco World Spirits Competition (SFWSC) 2022
Available in 700ml and 200ml bottles.
The CHOYA CRAFT FRUIT
A refreshing Umeshu infused with a ripe Ume purée.
To preserve extra freshness, ripened-to-the-last-minute Ume are instantly frozen. After finely processing the fruit into a purée, the mixture is blended with a one-year-aged Umeshu.
Enjoy the smooth taste of ume purée, with moderate sweetness, and refreshing aftertaste with delicious tart notes.
Awarded “Best in Show Liqueur” title at The San Francisco World Spirits Competition (SFWSC) 2021 ( the First Asian product to win this award).In addition, it received the “Best of Class” and “Double Gold” at the same time.

A premium type of Umeshu that is made with only Nanko-ume fruit from Kishu and is aged for several years with white spirits. The elegant aroma and deep, luxurious taste create a blissful moment.

The CHOYA GOLDEN UME FRUIT
Luxurious sweets - steeped Ume fruit
At least 2L-sized large and thick Nanko-ume fruit from Kishu are slowly steeped in cane spirit with sugar for about a year. With a very soft flesh, the macerated fruit are characterized by its rich aroma and delicious tart notes.
