Luxury sweets filled with the “umami” of Umeshu. It is also recommended as a finger food for Umeshu.

Heat the Ume fruit in an oven at 120°C for 30~90
minutes and dry to your desired hardness. -
STEP.2
Decorate the Ume and other dried fruits made in
STEP.1 by stuffing it with cheese, butter, or
ganache.
